The Linkvest Way

Our organizational culture reflects our convictions and actions in each of the operations that we analyze, structure, and manage. The Linkvest Way always prioritizes professionalism and the basic principles for building long-term partnerships: respect, honesty, and transparency.

The Linkvest Ways were co-created by the organization’s work team—they bring together our purpose as a company and the principles that define our culture.

  • 1. Every team member must have an investor’s mindset: think and act like investors.
  • 2. Trust is our most important asset. Be truthful, honest and transparent even when it seems difficult.
  • 3. Always prioritize capital preservation over capital appreciation. Return of capital over return on capital.
  • 4. Peace of mind is priceless. Integrity is not negotiable.
  • 5. There are no good deals with bad people. Associate yourself only with good people.
  • 6. Be accountable. Be reliable, responsible and consistent.
  • 7. Commit to quality: do your best even when no one is looking.
  • 8. Be persistent and never give up. It’s not over until it’s over.
  • 9. Take ownership: be Linkvest
  • 10. It’s not about you. It’s about the Team. Be happy. Smile. Enjoy being part of Linkvest.
  • 11. Own your mistakes: acknowledge them immediately. Fix them. Learn from them.
  • 12. Enjoy and celebrate your team’s achievements and success.
  • 13. Reputation is paramount.
  • 14. Treat everybody as you want to be treated, with respect and dignity.
  • 15. Be loyal to yourself, your family, your team and Linkvest.
  • 16. Trust but verify.
  • 17. Keep long-term relationships in focus: it’s never about a single transaction.
  • 18. Follow the rules but figure it out.
  • 19. Good relationships are based on good communication: try listening, not just hearing.
  • 20. Empathy matters: always think about what it’s like to be in someone else’s shoes.
