  • Confirm accredited investor status per U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) definitions

  • Schedule an introductory call to review investment strategy, product lines and alignment 
  • Complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols, including OFAC and tax withholding checks 

Our co-investment workflow is designed for transparency, regulatory compliance and alignment of interests. 
Process includes: 

  • OFAC screening and investor eligibility assessment 
  • Tax status verification (U.S. vs. foreign investor) 
  • Preparation and execution of legal subscription documents 
  • Capital deployment and ongoing reporting

A: Distribution frequency depends on the investment product selected. 
Typical schedule: 

  • Mortgage loans: Every 2 months 
  • Commercial property acquisitions: Every 3 months 
  • Development equity: At project exit or sale 

We operate on a profit-sharing basis, aligning our interests with those of our co-investors.
