Jorge A. Uribe E.

Jorge A. Uribe E. Born in Medellín, Colombia, Mr. Uribe Echavarría is a recognized and respected entrepreneur and businessman, with more than five decades of professional experience. Over the course of his career, he has co-founded and/or lead as CEO for several known companies. Among them are DeLima & Compañía, DeLima Marsh, El Mundo newspaper, Alianza Fiduciaria and Alianza Valores, Datecsa, Domino´s Colombia and Brasil, Monarch Marketing Systems, Fábrica de Hielo Iglú, several automobile dealerships (Mazda, Volkswagen, Fiat, BMW) as well as J. Malluccelli-Travelers insurance. Mr. Uribe Echavarría has served on the Board of Directors for numerous corporations, such as DeLima & Compañía, DeLima Marsh, Alianza Fiduciaria & Valores, Colombian Institute of Social Security, Colombian Federation of Coffee Growers (Antioquia), Dinero Publications, Shellmar de Colombia, Ericsson de Colombia, Enka de Colombia, and Cadenalco (“Ley” – retailer and supermarkets) Detecsa. Between 1981 and 2012 he served as Honorary Consul of Finland both in Bogotá and Medellín, and between 2003 and 2005 as the Minister of Defense of Colombia. Mr. Uribe Echavarría co-founded Linkvest Capital and is currently senior advisor for Linkvest Capital, both in Colombia and in the U.S.A. Mr. Uribe Echavarría earned a B.A degree in Economics at George Washington University in Washington D.C and studied International Markets at L´Université de Besançon in France.

Jorge A. Uribe T. Based in Medellin, Colombia, Mr. Uribe Touri brings 29 years of experience in the insurance industry. He began his career as an insurance broker at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In 1991, he joined DeLima Marsh, where he held various roles over the course of more than 20 years, including Managing Director of Corporate Relations, Institutional Segment Leader and General Manager in the Bogotá office. He also worked on multiple lines such as property, casualty, aviation, marine, captives, international/local placement, complex claims handling, ERM and consulting services. Mr. Uribe Touri co-founded Linkvest Capital. He serves on the Board of Directors of Linkvest Capital, Negozia, Gallagher (AJG) Colombia subsidiary and Pagafácil, among others. Mr. Uribe Touri earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ricardo Uribe

Ricardo Uribe Uribe brings 13 years of real estate experience to Linkvest Capital. He served as a reinsurance broker at Marsh & McLennan Companies for six years. In 2006, he obtained his Florida Real Estate License and founded Gamma Opportunities LLC., a company specializing in acquiring distressed residential real estate. In 2013, Uribe partnered with Camilo Niño and co-founded Linkvest Capital, a vertically integrated real estate firm with financing, acquisition and development operations. Uribe has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Florida and is a licensed private lender in the State of Florida.

Camilo Niño

Camilo Niño Camilo is CEO and Founder of Linkvest Capital, an alternative co-investment platform and vertically integrated real estate firm with financing, acquisition and development operations. He brings over 25 years of experience as an investment advisor, real estate investor and private lender. Linkvest’s private lending arm, LV Lending, currently services a portfolio of nearly $300 million. Since launching the firm in 2013, Camilo has overseen nearly 550 transactions for over $600 million in Florida and Georgia. He has represented some of the region’s most high-profile development projects, including Bijou Bay Harbour Condominium in Bay Harbour Islands, Miami Springs Town Center, Soleste Alameda in West Miami, and The Shops At Landmark in Doral, among others. At Linkvest Properties, Linkvest’s real estate investment and management firm, Camilo has led the firm in the acquisition of commercial real estate assets throughout the southeast region, comprising single-tenant properties, shopping centers and industrial assets in Florida and Georgia. Recent acquisitions include United Rentals in Pompano Beach, Chase on the Miami River, McDonald’s and Tire Kingdom in Hialeah, and FedEx and Wells Fargo in Atlanta. The company signed a partnership agreement in 2021 with Freeport Equity to acquire 50 properties leased to the private school operator, Endeavor Schools, and become its exclusive partner in its expansion process throughout the United States. At LV Development, Camilo establishes partnerships with respected and experienced developers with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties. Recent partnerships include high-profile firms such as The Estate Companies, Futura Company, CIP Realty, MG Developer and Milenio. In the last three years, LV Development has invested in the development of more than 20 real estate development projects, two of which were completed in 2020 and sold in 2021. The rest will deliver more than 3,000 apartments, over 140,000 square feet of commercial space, and nearly 2,000 ready-to-build residential lots in the next three years. Before founding Linkvest Capital, Camilo was an investment advisor with Akro Advisors Inc. and served as a real estate investor with Gamma Opportunities LLC, where he specialized in acquiring distressed residential real estate throughout Florida. Mr. Niño received his bachelor’s degree in finance and international affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He obtained a post graduate degree in Finance and International Businesses from Columbia University and Universidad Externado de Colombia; a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute; a certificate in Financial and Estate Planning from Boston University; and he received his designation as a Certified Investment Management Analyst from Wharton Business School. In 2022, he graduated from OPM (Owner President Management Program) at Harvard Business School.
