LV LENDING RECOGNIZED AMONG SOUTH FLORIDA’S TOP COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE LENDERS & BROKERS FOR THE EIGHTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Miami, FL — March 2026 For the eighth consecutive year, LV Lending has been named among South Florida’s Top Commercial Mortgage Lenders & Brokers by the South Florida Business Journal — a distinction that, over time, speaks louder than any single transaction. In the past year alone, LV Lending originated $214.82 million across 22 transactions, deploying capital across a range of commercial real estate projects through its senior-secured bridge lending strategy. That volume, sustained within one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets, reflects a platform built for consistency rather than cycles. Eight years of recognition isn’t something you plan for — it’s something you earn, one deal at a time. What stands out most isn’t the volume. It’s that partners keep coming back because they know what to expect: clear communication, disciplined underwriting, and alignment from term sheet to close. As the lending affiliate of Linkvest Capital, LV Lending operates within a broader co-investment platform that keeps the team closely tied to the outcomes of every transaction it finances. It’s a structure built on a simple belief: that the best deals happen when everyone at the table wants the same thing. At LV Lending, doing things right isn’t a strategy — it’s how relationships get built, and why they last. In a market where capital sources come and go, staying power matters. That philosophy has defined LV Lending’s approach from the beginning: rigorous underwriting standards, transparency throughout the process, and a focus on long-term outcomes over short-term volume. With eight consecutive years of industry recognition and a growing portfolio of relationships across South Florida’s commercial real estate landscape, LV Lending enters 2026 continuing to expand its reach while staying true to the fundamentals that built it. LINKVEST CAPITAL CLOSES $34.4 MILLION REFINANCE AND PRE-DEVELOPMENT BRIDGE LOAN FOR CYMBAL DLT’S NAUTICO DISTRICT WATERFRONT SITE IN FORT LAUDERDALE

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Feb. 17, 2026) – Linkvest Capital, through its lending affiliate LV Lending, today announced the closing of a $34,375,000 refinancing and pre-development bridge loan for Phase 2 of Nautico District, a 3.5-acre waterfront mixed-use development site with an operating marina at 400 SW 3rd Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. The loan funded $20.5 million at closing, with the remaining $13,875,000 to be funded upon completion of pre-development milestones. The loan closed Feb 13, 2026. The financing was originated by Camilo Niño, Ricardo Uribe and Alen Hernandez of Linkvest Capital on behalf of the borrower, DFW 18, LLC, an affiliate of Cymbal DLT Companies led by Asi Cymbal and Hector Torres. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and fund pre-development activities for the site. “We’re proud to support Cymbal DLT with a structured refinancing that matches the scale and vision of what they’re advancing on the New River,” said Camilo Niño, CEO of Linkvest Capital. “We’ve built a strong relationship with this proven development team, and we’re pleased to deliver the capital needed to keep a premier waterfront district moving forward in one of the strongest markets in South Florida.” “We are excited to launch this second phase of our Nautico District that will be a game changer for South Florida,” said Asi Cymbal, Chairman of Cymbal DLT Companies, and Hector Torres, CEO of Cymbal DLT Companies. The site’s marina generates approximately $950,000 in annual net operating income, which helps reduce risk during the pre-development period. The financed site is part of the broader $1.5 billion Nautico District master plan on 6.5 acres at 408 S.W. Fourth St. and 400 S.W. Third Ave., along the New River, positioned south of downtown Fort Lauderdale and near key lifestyle and transit destinations including Las Olas Boulevard, the Riverwalk, Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Approved plans for phase 2 of the Nautico District include 360 multifamily units, 200 luxury branded condominium residences, a 119-key boutique hotel, a 90-slip marina, and more than 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
